The ZP-1 Auto Stabilising Mono-Pod can be installed onto multiple firearms by custom fitting additional adapter plates to the butt of your firearm. (Note, one adaptor plate is provided with the ZP-1) >>FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: >>Important: Ensure rifle is unloaded during installation. >>Lubricate screw driver with gun oil. Unscrew existing screws and remove existing recoil pad from rifle. >>1. Unscrew ZP-1 cap. >>2. Remove insert. >>3. Lubricate screwdriver with gun oil, using factory screws mount directly to rifle stock incorporating adaptor plate (if needed). >>Reinstall insert and fasten cap finger tight. >>ADAPTER PLATE SHAPING: >>Lubricate screw driver with gun oil. Unscrew existing screws and remove existing recoil pad from rifle. >>1. Attach adapter plate to rifle stock. >>2. Scribe/trace around your stock profile. >>Remove adapter plate from rifle stock, file and sand to shape. Test and check fit during this process until desired profile is achieved. >>To determine if the ZP-1 adapter plate will fit your rifle a template is available by opening the Product Attachement pdf below.
