Warranty

Things do go wrong with purchases from time to time.  If this does occur please contact CQ Scopes first.  A copy of you invoice mat not be required, but we do recommend you store it safely.  Some suppliers require return authorisations or require products returned direct.

In the event a return is required a return label will be emailed.

Returns

We recommend that you do your research on all products before you purchase.

Change of mind, purchase errors (wrong size, brand etc) are all subject to restocking fees.  The restocking fee covers our costs.  including cost of delivery and Paypal charges.

All items returned must be in original condition with package intact.   Return costs are the expense of the customer – this must include registered and insured.
