Leupold’s traditional all steel Dual Dovetail system is a classic, low profile mount that provide a stable mounting platform. Rear windage screws are unnecessary with this simple yet solid system. The reversible front mount option allows the front base to be mounted in a forward position for scopes with a long available mounting length, or faced rearward for optics with a limited amount of mounting length. This ensure that the proper eyerelief can be achieved with nearly any length of scope.
