Shipping General Items
All purchase are sent by Australia Post e-parcel.
Shipping Firearms
All firearms will be shipped registered,trackable with signature. Firearms posted outside Queensland are required to go to a weapons dealer in that state. Those costs are met by the purchaser.
Shipping Ammunition, Primer and Propellent Powder
Ammunition, Primer and Propellent Powder cannot be posted. Courier service can be arranged or the customer may engage their own courier.
Returns
Customers are required to contact CQ Scopes prior to any return. All products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds, credit or exhange will not be given until inspection is made. Where damage is found to caused by the purchaser,the item will be returned COD.
Optics Purchases
Customers purchasing optics are required to make all necessary inquiries prior to purchase. Faulty optics are rare and will be tested and reported on back to the purchaser. Optics found to be faultless will be returned COD.
Liability
No technical information (i.e - ammunition loads) will be offered. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to purchase the corrrect ammunitiion and accessories for the equipment they own. The ADI load date book is available on site or it can be downloaded from ADI.
